Professional experience
Jonathan is a founding partner of FSA LLP. Previously, Jonathan was a corporate and securities attorney with a Wall Street-based law firm, as well as the Head of the Corporate Finance group of a New York firm with affiliate offices in Tel Aviv, Israel and Shanghai, China, where he was principally engaged in the practice of corporate and securities law.
